How much does a diagnosis cost?
Nothing. The diagnosis is free, you approve the price before any work starts, and if we can't fix it, you don't pay. That's what No Fix, No Fee means.
How long will my repair take?
Most Mac, PC, iPhone, and iPad repairs are ready 1–3 days after the free diagnosis. Game consoles usually take 2–5 days, and custom PC builds 2–5 days. You'll get the timeline with your quote.
Will my data be safe?
We treat your data with care and recommend backing up before any repair if you can. If files are already lost, we evaluate the drive first and explain your options before any charge.
What does the warranty cover?
Repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the parts we install and the work we do. If something related to the repair acts up, bring it back and we'll make it right.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during shop hours. If you'd rather check first, call us, WhatsApp a photo of the problem, or request a free quote online.
Do you fix Android phones?
No. Our phone and tablet repair is Apple-only (iPhone and iPad). We do buy and trade Android phones, so an old one can go toward your next device.
Do you repair water-damaged devices?
Yes. Liquid and corrosion damage is common in Guam's climate, so the sooner you bring it in, powered off, the better the chances of saving it.
Is the repair done here on Guam?
In almost every case, yes. We repair at our shop in Tamuning, so you skip the cost, wait, and risk of mailing your device off-island. If a repair ever can't be done locally, we'll tell you before anything is sent.
What should I bring for a trade-in?
Bring cords, chargers, and accessories if you have them. Devices must be unlocked (phones carrier-unlocked, Apple devices signed out of iCloud), with personal accounts and data removed. We evaluate everything as it is and make an offer in cash or store credit.
