MacTech Guam at Park Place Plaza, 458 S Marine Corps Dr, Suite 204, Tamuning, next to IT&E. Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Saturday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM and Sunday 12:00–6:00 PM.
How long does a phone repair take?
Most iPhone repairs are ready 1–3 days after the free diagnosis. The work happens here in Tamuning, so there's no off-island shipping wait.
Do you repair Android phones like Samsung or Pixel?
No. Our phone repair is Apple-only. We do buy and trade Android phones, so bring yours in for cash or store credit toward your next device.
Can you fix a water-damaged phone?
Often, yes. Power the phone off, don't charge it, and bring it in as soon as you can; Guam's humidity makes corrosion move fast.
