What we collect

When you contact us, request a quote or proposal, or join the TechLink Academy waitlist, we collect what you choose to share: usually your name, your phone number and/or email, your organization if you give it, and a description of what you need.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request: to give you a quote, answer your question, follow up about a repair or proposal, or send the Academy updates you signed up for.

Who helps us handle it

We use a few service providers to run this website and respond to you. They process your information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

• Resend, to deliver your message to our team and our reply to you
• GoHighLevel, our customer-management system, to keep track of inquiries and follow up
• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Google Maps, which loads the map on pages that show our location

What we don’t do

We never sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. We keep what you send only as long as we need it to help you, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
